Glazing

Glazing is crucial for thermal insulation and energy efficiency. Double glazing offers solid insulation and is the standard solution for most applications. Triple glazing achieves even better Ug values and is particularly suitable for new builds and energy renovations.

The Ug value indicates the thermal transmittance of the glazing. The lower the value, the better the insulation. Various Ug values are available in our configurator – the exact options depend on the chosen manufacturer and profile system.

In addition to glazing (double or triple), you choose the glass type: clear glass for maximum transparency, frosted glass for privacy in bathroom and WC, or decorative glass for structured patterns with privacy and design. With decorative glass you can choose from various patterns such as Chinchilla, Delta or Waterdrop.

Frosted glass can optionally be chosen for privacy in bathroom, WC or other rooms. You will find the available options in the configurator.
