Usually the clear dimension is measured – the clear opening in the masonry. Depending on the installation situation, the window fitter can derive a reference dimension. In the configurator you enter the order-relevant dimensions; if unsure, we advise you free of charge.

Measure width and height at several points and note the smallest value. Check the rectangularity of the opening and document special features such as rebates or old frames.
